i had a service pass which offers free oil filter but i was quoted 109 for filters. that was surprise .plus car wash at honda has never been a good experience. they do worst job even we bring our car say max twice a year.

They treated me very well. My appointment was at 3:30 pm, but I arrived an hour early and they still accepted me. However, just an oil change and inspection took 2.5 hours. I think that’s way too long just for an oil change.
