Kelvin was confused about which Bay my vehicle was parked in, even after I pointed it out to him several times. I told him that my mechanic had indicated that the engine oil smelled like gasoline. He smelled it and agreed but when I asked what caused it he said they don't know but it's on record with Honda in case something happens.
