Scenario was stressful. We are from Nashville and were getting ready to drive back on Monday, 6/16, but 2 dash warning lights came up on Sunday.It was helpful to be able to make an appointment online, and I showed up early Monday. Melanie helps us get through a list of general issues found in the inspection report from your team, and we identified the key issues that needs to be addressed before we left for the 600+ mile drive.Melanie kept us informed, helped us with a loaner car, and we were able to get on the road with just a day and a half delay!
