I had accidentally scheduled my appointment at the Lincoln dealership instead of Honda and didn't realize it until I arrived. My service advisor noticed the mistake, but instead of turning me away, he told me he would do what he could to help and fit me in. He explained that the wait could be 2–3 hours, but he would take care of me.To my surprise, my oil change was completed much sooner than expected. When I thanked him and mentioned that it took far less time than anticipated, he simply said, "I told you I'd take care of you."That level of customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation easy. He went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it. Excellent service from start to finish.

Oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours. Could not find my service advisor. Other advisors could not find him.
