Typical- 1.5 hour wait

I was promptly and cordially welcomed by the service reps and Christian was my assigned specialist for Saturday morning’s appointment. I only needed a registration inspection, which was accomplished quickly and affordably. I was very pleased with my experience at McDavid Honda.

I was greeted immediately when I drove in and then met with the Service Advisor regarding service I wanted for my CRV. He explained that due to the volume of cars on a Saturday before a holiday, my wait would be longer. I was offered shuttle service, but declined it and chose to wait. I was advised of what additional repairs should be addressed, had them taken care of. My car was finished, washed and on time.
