My service rep Cheryl Kennedy was excellent, the car was inspected as requested and some minor repairs made on a timely basis. A value added experience.

I’m happy with the customer service and care provided by my advisor and the technicians during my visit.I’m not happy about the inability to schedule my appointment via the website prior to my visit, which has been very easy to do in the past. Since I couldn’t make an appointment, I just walked in as early as I could on the day that I had the service done to hopefully beat the rush. My advisor did an excellent job to accommodate me, but I would have rather had a proper appointment.

Eric was wonderfully communicative and helpful throughout the process.
