I had an excellent experience from scheduling to service. It was easy to schedule my appointment online, my car was taken back timely, I had a large waiting area, and I was even given a complimentary car wash at the end. What a seamless service experience!

The last time no car was serviced. My driver side lock was broke. Had to come in and get it fixed and there was no problem with getting it taken care of. The only somewhat negative feedback I had was my key were separated and I thought someone had taken and my keys. They were placed and the center of my console and I didn't see them for 2 days. The reason I gave a five-star rating as is because the keys were there and I had contacted management because I couldn't find the keys original. Management call me back immediately. I've always liked this location and will continue to use it. My family owns at least five Hondas. Thank you for your service
