Very cheerful and pleasant service. I was kept up to date on every stage of service. The customer waiting lounge was great, with tables to sit at for using laptop, wifi, etc.

I was treated fantastic. Joe the service advisor gave me a loaner because they were not sure how long the fuel pump replacement would take. I am disabled and have trouble walking so this was nice. They ended up being done in the afternoon which was great.

Our Service person was Tim. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and let me know what needed to be done and what the charge would be. We waited for the car and it was done sooner than expected. I was very pleased.

Issue never resolved 3rd time taking car in for same issue, took almost a month to get a mirror replaced, and still having the same issue. Will have to go elsewhere to get this fixed, will express concern's with official Honda survey.
