Both Steve and Masud were great gentlemen. Extremely on point in timely communication and customer service.I bought my last car in 2021 from McDavid from another sales agent who was good which made me want to come back for my second purchase in 2026 and these two took it a notch up. Great job!

Had an appointment for 10 am and they did. To get done with a simple oil change until 12:15pmThey also did not wash my car. I am very disappointed in the length of wait time and not washing our car.

On my initial visit to have my car checked out for maintenance I made a 9:30am appointment on a Saturday. I planned to sit and wait assuming it would be about 2-3 hours since I had no one to pick me up. My car was not even looked at till 4:00pm that day and wasn’t ready for me to get till after closing hours at 5:30 pm and I had arrived at 4:45 to pick up. Because I did not expect it to take the entire day I had to pay for an uber home and back as the shuttle was full by the time I was told it would take all day and did not want to lose my Saturday.I came back for a second appointment to get the recommended services made from the first appointment on Friday May 22, only to find out they had not ordered any of the parts for my scheduled service and would have to wait till the next afternoon to pick up. Thankfully I had a ride home this time or I would have been in the same position as last time.On Saturday I get a text at 3pm that my car is ready. So at 3:30pm I head over to Honda. When I get there my service associate is no where to be found. I wait 15 kinutes until someone finally notices me to tell me he went home sick and someone else actually sent the text that my car was ready. I then proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes to check out and get my car as no one had gotten my paperwork ready before I got there.This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had here and honestly hope to never come back if I can to avoid the same ordeal again

Waited three hours for an oil change after I was told it would be 1.75 hrs. Never got an update in person or via text, only way I found out there was technical issues was when I texted my service guy after 3hrs. Also, I was never notified of recommended services. Only as I was paying I was told differential oil needed to be changed. I would have completed this service immediately but now have to schedule another time to get this done

After my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil spilled on the windshield and side windows. The technician didn’t bother to clean it properly — it looks like they just sprayed water on it, and the oil is still there. Such a poor experience for a premium location.
