1- The notice on recall & scheduling should instruct us to bring the car on with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas- I had to reschedule due to fuel level2- The loaner car was great- but you are missing an opportunity to have customers drive an updated version of their vehicle as a test drive- this should be an option for all vehicles over 60,000 miles. It’s the Sewell way of service working with sales.
