1- The notice on recall & scheduling should instruct us to bring the car on with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas- I had to reschedule due to fuel level2- The loaner car was great- but you are missing an opportunity to have customers drive an updated version of their vehicle as a test drive- this should be an option for all vehicles over 60,000 miles. It’s the Sewell way of service working with sales.

Tristan was very helpful and kind! He had my car finished before he originally said it would be and was very responsive to my messages! Can't ask for much more than that!!

Service tech was very nice. Had a 9:00am appointment that took longer than expected. Did not get my car washed? I had a 10:30 appointment January 14th and my car was still not starting at noon. I had to leave and reschedule for 2/13.
