I was very disappointed in the length of time it took to complete the recall work on my vehicle believing it was only a software update. I watched the progress report and it did not show any movement for the first hour I was there even thou I had an appointment and was waiting on the vehicle.

I was misquoted on my service leading to frustration. I came in for A13 service on my 2018 Accord 2.0 and was "quoted" $168 for an MA27 service. The quote did not specify what the service was for, just the code. When I received my bill, I was charged for an MA20 service to change the transmission fluid that was $100 higher than the quote. When I asked why the difference, it was just said that they made a data entry error. $100 error. Thanks a lot.
