It was a great experience. I was buying from out of state and Keith worked with me so we didn’t have to go back and forth so much. The other sales people were also very helpful when I came in to get the car.

They did a great job and the service was more involved but he got me a loner car since it would require the service to go overnight. They answered all my questions. I have always trusted Honda and have been using this service department to maintain my car for over 13 years

The service was miserably. - The preparation of the purchase ran smothly. But then ... - I need two appointments to do the paperwork as several departments were too busy. - Some issues were missed during the handover of the car. A discount were promised. I am still waiting for it. - I need two appointments for handing over the registration. First time they could not find them, but they called me before to pick it up. I asked the counter to mail me the docs when they find them. But it was not possible! You are a customer before you decide to buy. Afterwards, once you've paid, you are no longer one.

I can always count on Lucio Luna to make sure everything gets done and in a relatively timely fashion. This is not a given in my experience at car dealership service departments, including Honda.
