I recently visited McDavid Honda for a complimentary oil change on my CR-V. During my visit, I also received a discounted inspection, which was much appreciated. Additionally, I had new tires installed on my CR-V. The service was efficient, and the Lucio(I think that was his name) was professional and friendly. The oil change was quick, the inspection thorough, and the tire installation seamless. Even though the TPMS light came on twice, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the excellent customer service and value provided. I didn't appreciate the call for buying my 2014 Honda CR-V. Especially, where I could hear them calling me, but other than that very positive.
