Easy to make appointment. Service person was quick and polite. She came to find me when questions came up and I missed her texts. She also helped reset the car system alert missed by the tech team (service was completed on prior visit).Parts person I talked to was very patient and thorough. He dug into getting answers for my quests and made suggestions for alternative solutions for my issue.
