Very good experience overall. The service advisor was prompt and professional.At my previous dealership, the service team would place a decal advising me as to when the next oil change should be, but that was not done this time so I do not know if it is 3K miles or 5K miles given that it is synthetic oil.Please advise.

Buying process was as expected. Our salesman Jay was personable and friendly. I really appreciate that he worked with us on challenges we had with our trade in (negative equity). Finance associate corrected/reprimanded our salesman in front of us. Should not have been in front of a customer. The "delivery" transfer was a little awkward and abrupt after paperwork signed. All in all, not a Bad experience, just room for improvement in a couple of areas.
