Buying process was as expected. Our salesman Jay was personable and friendly. I really appreciate that he worked with us on challenges we had with our trade in (negative equity). Finance associate corrected/reprimanded our salesman in front of us. Should not have been in front of a customer. The "delivery" transfer was a little awkward and abrupt after paperwork signed. All in all, not a Bad experience, just room for improvement in a couple of areas.

I come twice for oil change everything great but all 2 time never check tire air so dashboard keep shows me low air tire.maybe not included check Tire air in oil change?
