I have to wait 3 hours for Oil Change - RidiculousFirst of all - I took appointment for oil change @10am . I went to your service location @ 10am . I have to wait outside for 40 minutes. I never seen this type of service in my entire life and then guy came outside and got the information and then I waited in waiting area till 12:50pm . Very lousy service.

Celeste was very helpful and explained things simply.

I was driving across the country and my car broke down. Celeste and the team worked amazingly hard to get me back on the road. It wasn’t an easy fix but they were pros and Celeste kept me updated the entire time.
