My service expert took her time and explained everything to me. She ensured I got an appointment that worked with my schedule. She was also sincere, which is hard to find this day. This is my new Honda HOME!!!!

Allen, the salesman, was pleasant to work with, making my overall experience at the dealership mostly positive. However, the finance department employee's behavior left a bad taste. She tried to pressure me into buying an extended warranty package and became short with me when I declined. When I politely asked for clarification on a specific tax amount in the paperwork, she responded unprofessionally with, 'What are we complaining about here?' This was not the way to treat a customer.
