All went fairly well. A few cons. (1) Wait seemed far too long for a routine oil change and alignment. I was there for over 2 hours. (2) I felt overcharged and over-quoted for some extras on a brand-new van with less than 15k miles on it (fuel filter, cabin filter, alignment, and another item I can't recall now). I did feel like the routine service I've had for many years with Freeman Toyota in Hurst (through 3 leases; 2 Highlanders and 1 Sienna) felt more customer-focused, faster, and less like I was being targeted for an additional sale with each visit. Hopefully, future visits to this dealership will feel different because I was otherwise happy with the purchase ... but I want to feel like I trust the service department.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Rey was the staff member who assisted me. Rey explained what my next steps were so I made an appointment for the next service item.

I am truly happy to see my previous reviews regarding Service Tech Reps need for computer tablets has finally been realized. Another great visit with Lucio and team who resolved an issue I had been facing with my truck in this visit.
