Genesis is awesome!!! I was aggravated about the delays due to over scheduling and walk ins in the service department. I was also irked by the recall stuff with the accords. However, Genesis made me smile and comforted my nerves🤣. She was kind and compassionate in addition to doing a great job as a service rep. She thoroughly explained all info and tried to make sure we didn’t have to wait to long even tho our service required more time. She was awesome!!!!
