Ashlyn was awesome ! Took care of me when the dealership where I bought the car didn't. She was able to provide a loaner ! Y’all have gained a loyal customer.

Purchased a new 2024 Pilot Elite. The Sales person Zara was excellent. She called to confirm our appointment and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. The price as advertised was honored at time of my purchase and I was given a fair price on my trade-in. The buying process went really well until I was handed off to financing department. The financing associate left me waiting for over one hour despite the sales associate going in three times to let finance associate (Maritza) know I was waiting. Once I was working with finance (Maritza), I asked several times what interest rate and monthly payment would be, she avoided my question. Finally she gave me the rate (8%), which I told her I should qualify for Honda rate of 5.9%. She refused to give me the Honda rate because "I lived an hour away from dealership so she said I wouldn't bring my car in for service, so I wouldn't qualify for the advertised Honda rate". I asked her to consult with Sales Manager to get the rate and she refused. I had to leave her office and request the Sales Associate to assist me, which she did. Sales Manager promptly authorized the Honda rate and told finance associate. I don't understand why Maritza would not give me the Honda rate since my credit score was high enough for me to qualify. This part of the process was disappointing.Delivery of the car went really well. Zara the sales associate was very patient explaining all features the car had, even though it was late at this point (9pm). I appreciate the great sales experience, I only wish the financing experience was better. thanks!
