Did not have appointment but got right in. Was kept informed of what additional services were needed besides the oil change.

I purchased the used vehicle on line. I test drove it once I arrived at the dealership and it all seemed good. It was still daylight when we drove it. By the time we left the dealership, it began to get dark. We were driving back to Georgetown and my wife who was following me noticed there were no taillights or brake lights. I stopped and checked the fuses and could not determine the issue. I was stopped before I was able to get home by a police officer who noticed I did not have any taillights and was written a warning. Needless to say, I was not very happy. I found the issue the next day and I'm not sure why the taillights/brake lights were disconnected, but once I connected the lights they all worked. Very strange that someone intentionally disconnected the lights and very disappointed that this was missed by the service personnel at the dealership.
