Had an appointment scheduled for 8:15. They were able to inspect and service my vehicle fairly quickly seeing how busy they were.

The service advisor Rey Rendon was really good - he took care of my needs. The only thing that bothered me was that it took way too long just to do a multipoint inspection, battery check and change (about 2 hours) which I guess is not really Rey's fault.

The ambience of the room was phenomenal. The television sets were not obnoxiously loud, and the waiting room had plenty of comfortable seats. The room was spacious and brightly lit. Mark did an astounding job in servicing my needs and was friendly. The service was expeditious.

Rey Rendon provided excellent service! He went above and beyond.
