Rey Rendon is the best service advisor. He listens to my concerns about my vehicle service and repairs. He makes excellent recommendations based on a review of the service tech’s inspection of my vehicle. He explains the work to be performed on my vehicle so that I can understand. He communicates the status. He never performs work without my authorization. He finds me when my car is ready and escorts me to my car.
