lucio luna was great. he explained about my car and answered all my questions. my concern is this is the 4th battery in my 2018 honda cr-v and i only have 53,000 something miles on it. if you look at my record you can see earlier had problems with the steering column. that was with even lower mileage on the car. just makes me wonder what next. told lucio found out batteries had date stamps and had wondered if i was getting old batteries. he showed me the date on battery and explained the alpha for month and number for year. when car wouldn't start, the power brake light came on and can't remember what all but when it mentions brake failure that scares me. just hope my car isn't a lemon. lucio did great by me. he was very pleasant and professional and went out of his way to take care of my concerns.

my experience was very good. mr rey rendon was very professional and gave great customer service. i will be back to service my vehicle again.
