Was pleased with how quickly was able to get in for service when I called with concern. Ashlyn’s communication was amazing the whole time. Was really pleased when she offered me a loaner once my issue was diagnosed as I had already been without a vehicle for 2 days at that point. And then actual time to complete the repair was far less than I expected. Hate to have to spend so much money on a 6 year old Honda - I’ve never had issues on my others. But the service received was outstanding.
