very happy with the service

david was very patient and helpful as we made the decision to repair rather than replace our vehicle.

Price was excellent and sales personnel were 5 star: Amier Touray, Ray Rasouly, and Jesus Esquivel. PDI was not so good: 4 tires had to be filled (low pressure indicator was on), and when I got home, the spare was at 40 PSI, indicating it was probably never checked since car was new (09/22). A big plus was a full tank of gas, since I had a 300 mile drive home. Finance manager (Jeff, I believe) was terrible. Barely introduced himself and I had to assume I should follow him to his office. You would think that he would at least be polite.
