jesse hernandez, my service writer is so fair and honest. he will tell me what needs to be done to my accord and what can wait. he doesn't try to up sell you just to make a commission. i have used jesse for probably 10 years

My sales rep was Jay Choi and he was extremely professional with me throughout the sale/process. He understood my needs and because of that I felt very cared for at David McDavid Honda of Irving. It wasn't for Jay's professionalism, I may have easily decided to move forward to another dealership altogether. Jay Choi kept me updated on when my vehicle would arrive, all the little (easily missed) features on the car, as well as all the financing and APR details. He really went above and beyond and make my car buying experience truly stress free and easy. I will definitely be coming back to David McDavid of Irving for any future purchases or trade-ins.
