DUNG was excellent. He took the time to print out the multipoint, along with the email &text. Then walk to where I was to go over it.On the otherhand.I called Monday and requested an estimate pricing on repairs was told Ray would call never called. I was scheduled for an appointment Tues at 8:15am I missed it since was hoping to get the call. Then I called around 10am inquiring on the estimate I requested the day before in the morning, I was told Ray would call as soon as we hung up with a service woman, nothing. After the long wait I just took my vehicle and thankfully Dung, went above and beyond.
