we come to irving honda and have been for all maintenance needs. the customer service lucio luna provides is always without fail 10/10. we have tried when he is not there and it's not the same. his attn to details and communication helps ensure the experience is always 💯.

i called to schedule oil change and tire replacement and was able to schedule the same day. the service advisor was very courteous, professional, and helpful. he also clearly explained additional items that need attention and associated cost. it has been a very good experience, and i am extremely satisfied
