Amazing my service assistance was extremely kind & friendly. I was literally having a bad morning & he made my day coming in! Can’t thank him enough.

tbh i'm only rating a 5 because of the sales lady zahra she was excellent and saved a deal that both the sales manager and the first salesman should have botched. any other customer would have walked away without looking back after they drove almost 2hrs in traffic for a vehicle that had already been sent to auction. lastly bill the finance manager is a pretentious piece of work. he completely lost his false accommodating demeanor the second we opted out of any warranties. i even told him that he shared the same name with my papaw whose memorial was that same day, of which he completely disregarded and pushed us out the door. old sales ways are dead and i spent well over 8hrs in total being told to put money down blah blah blah... i understand that it's a business but dealing with this situation lost me an unknown amount of money. (easily over $1000). again if it weren't for zahra i would have rated y'all a 2 at best.

The service representative on arrival was extremely professional and helpful when I asked detailed questions about the extra service recommendations sent by the technician.The technician did not reset my dashboard electrical panel radio, clock and my cameras for backing up and turning right. Please make sure that ALL technicians take time to correctly reset all systems when they work on a customer’s vehicle. This has happened at least 2 other times since I have had my car serviced at your location.Also, the car wash left smears on my windshield.Thank you.
