best service advisor is lucio luna. i just went i for first oil change and he hit me in and out even though i was told even with appointment i had to wait 2 hours which i don't understand

i came in because my starter was going out. i thought the diagnosis would be 100. turns out, i spent $200. the rep did not let me know the cost up front. i wasn't aware of the price increase.

it was for a recall. i had to cancel 3 appointments because they said it would take 2 days and i could not be without my car for two days. i was finally able to get an appointment where they could complete the work in a day
