Prompt and professional.

i arrives for my scheduled appointment and was welcomed by uy vu. i was immediately told what services my car needed other than my scheduled oil change. he was very friendly and kept me posted on the services being made to my car. thank you so much!

it was great but i didn't agree to one of the services being done which was the balancing and rotating tires, i had originally came in for an oil change and used my last free visit and had also paid for my transmission fluid to be exchanged, when it was time to pay for my services i seen that the rotating and balancing tires was on the bill that i didn't agree to nor was asked i was charged and it was too late for me to say no because they went ahead and serviced it anyway. i don't mind that i had to pay for it but i really didnt have that much money on me and i'm upset that i had to pay an additional $40 for something i didn't agree to get serviced. i was left with the little money i had left over in my bank account i really wished i had been asked first i'm not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication but i felt pressured leaving the service department.

rey rendon was great as always. i went in for an oil change service, he thoroughly explained the additional service required on my vehicle.

It was good. Didn't take long not much. Ask and forth like a lot of dealerships I've used in the past
