i prepared mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” and then… they did come. instead, you got very friendly people who didn’t try to “push” anything on you. they’re helpful. they listen. they’re accommodating. that was my experience with mcdavid honda of irving.ask for zahra. she is the best! she is amazing and makes the process really smooth. i couldn't be more happier!

mr. dung nguyen were beyond outstanding customer service! not only did he greet me with a smile, but listened to my situation and did followed through. my car was done in a timely manner, i had to be back to work before 2pm, but what i didn't expect for him to say "you have to eat before you go back to work"yes my car was done after 12pm.thank you mr. nguyen for outstanding customer service!!!
