Sales was great, I walked away from 4 other dealerships. I had a good experience with my sales person. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that when I started working with finance he realized I got charged the wrong tax and that I needed to be refunded. He let me know that he would be getting me a check that Monday. I followed up in email and he said he requested a check, I’ve reached out twice for an update and no response. I understand that this can take time but I was expecting some kind of an update as I am leaving with the vehicle out of state.
