first of all, this is jeanine allen and john is my husband. the 2021 accord is my car and i am responsible for the maintenance.i soured on rockwall honda because they kept urging me to do things that did not need to be done. i even checked on line and they were out of line. anyway, i decided to go back to david mcdavid in irving where my husband bought his first accord in 2007. rey was/is my service advisor. i was so impressed with him that i have gone back again because he and your dealership understand customer service.my most recent visit was no exception. i had my alignment done and an oil change. also appreciated the car wash. by the way, if you get a car wash in rockwall, you are left with a dripping wet car. i would bring my own cloths to dry it.david mcdavid is far from where i live, but i enjoy doing business with you.thank you.
