I had a good experience during my recent visit for my Honda CR-V service.

Excellent

took my crv in for systems emissions problem. we thought it was taken care of but as i was leaving your location the came back on. i turned around and as i was headed back to your service department i called mr. luna and he was able to get me a loaner car as i had already been waiting about 5 hours. the next afternoon he called me that they had found the problem and it had been fixed and his manager was driving my car to make sure it was okay. everything as been fine since i picked my car back up. i feel mr. luna was very professional and thoughtful in his handling of this.thank youj. e. martinez
