came in for an oil change. arrived at 8:15 am. larry helped me out, he was great. unfortunately, i was not able to complete my service because the techs were too busy and it was going to take hours. i didn't have time to wait as i had errands to run before leaving town. i had to leave and reschedule. larry was great, but service is always slow. i don't understand why i have to wait hours for a simple oil change. especially when i make a very early morning appointment.

Lucio was amazing at explaining questions I had. Not only did he explain them but also assured me what Honda is doing to keep maintaining my car in a safety way...Also when questioning about the charges he gave me a discount...

Communication on vehicle status via email or text is not the best approach, questions about the service goes unanswered, I prefer the personal communication with the service person.
