i had tried to schedule an appointment multiple (4) times at different locations and even went to mckinney for fast service and they refused as my oil life wasn't at 20% and it was at 40%. i ended up calling my actual dealership in nj and they advised that i could have gotten it done then. i ended up waiting til it got to 30% and finally got an appointment for irving. and uy vu took amazing care. i will be going back to ask for him specifically at irving and can't sing his praises enough.
