Everyone was great. I called the day before to talk with a manager because we had had a horrible experience at another Honda dealership. They were great at giving me the information and helping us get what we wanted.

jesse was absolutely amazing! he really took a step back and allowed us to shop and discuss as a family. not a lot of salesman do that! he guided and helped us through the process gracefully, letting us make the decisions and feel like we're in control of the our purchase. our family really loved jesse during our visit and would definitely see him again in the future
