But then ...- I need two appointments to do the paperwork as several departments were too busy.- Some issues were missed during the handover of the car. A discount were promised. I am still waiting for it.- I need two appointments for handing over the registration. First time they could not find them, but they called me before to pick it up. I asked the counter to mail me the docs when they find them. But it was not possible!You are a customer before you decide to buy. Afterwards, once you've paid, you are no longer one.

I can always count on Lucio Luna to make sure everything gets done and in a relatively timely fashion. This is not a given in my experience at car dealership service departments, including Honda.

Great experience. Khalid was wonderful and got us out in the time we asked him. Everyone was very nice.
