First time I experience bringing back my Honda CRV at the service center as they forgot to put back the engine oil cup which results a smell of gasoline inside the car and a bit idling sound of the engine. I am not sure if this cause a neglect during the inspection before completing the job.

Good experience. No hidden fees. Sales guy Jesse was honest. They forgot to give me the pro pak and mailed it to my house. Would recommend the dealer to a friend & will likely buy from this dealer again when it’s time
