they were having some difficulties on that day, but they took care of me on my oil change

the service department made a last minute appointment which was very nice of them. service reps were nice. service was done quickly.

regarding the services i requested everything was fine.but being suggested 6-7 items, at least $150 each, on top of the $700 i came for was felt like i was treated as a milk cow...not to mention that many of the items were priced ridiculously high.let me explain myself: i understand there is inflation, but it's not 100-150%, it's 9% at its max, and my salary (and the one of your technicians) didn't double for the last year, not even for the last 5... then offering me replacement of cabin filter at $65 when cost is $10 and if takes 3 min to replace does look as extortion.for those - i'm not happy. it feels that the dealership has become like those "express oil change" shops that want to convince you to pay $300-400 each time you enter for oil change - that's not commendable, neither it is honorable.used to love to visit this dealership...
