lucio was absolutely great about communicating what would get done to my car, how much it would cost, and further communicated if anything else needed to be done to my vehicle. i always come to this dealership and plan on continue bringing my vehicles so long as they keep taking the quality care that they do.

it was very good. ashleigh arranged for the curtesy driver to take me home and pick me up since my car was going to take longer than planned. she & the driver were excellent. i don't remember his name but he wasn't donald. when he dropped me off he said either he or donald would pick me up

my service advisor aleric baumbarger made things exceptionally smooth and easy. he kept me apprised the whole time. i was impressed by his ability to be professional and casual at the same time. i felt like i could trust him. he made sure i went home on time, made pick up seamless, and everything was done to quality standards.

found a vehicle on car gurus. texted to make sure it was available. jesse called me to set the appointment. he had it ready when i got there. drove it. had another appointment to look at another truck. business manager said he was intent on selling this truck. asked what it would take. i made an offer. after a little back and forth, he accepted. the finance guy was great to work with. great experience and i love the truck.
