Oil, coolant, transmission fluids & filter change

i went in for an oil change and tire rotation. they told me afterward that my air filters both cabin and engine needed replaced. the cost was 60$ for each and they had already taken them out to take pictures for the report, but i said no i would order the part and do it myself.amazon delivered them the next day. i went into the glove box and the mechanic who worked on my car did not put the glovebox together correctly. the tension arm was not clipped to the bar on the glove box at all and it practically fell out when i opened it.
