it was great. we were traveling to tennessee and had to get some unexpected service done on car while en route. several other dealerships were closed or had no openings. an appointment was set up for us. we arrived a little late due to being unfamiliar with the area. they still got us in completed the work in a timely manner even washed my car. i've had most of the work my car needs done at the dealership where i bought it and have had issues with repair work that's been done there and had about decided not to use a dealership anymore
