they got me a shuttle car to the mall due to the long wait overall very satisfied with how i was treated and the drivers chuck and donald are both very stand up guys that you can have a conversation with also, i really enjoyed rey reyndon because he was so courtesy to assist me in the whole process

Your representative was 5 Star, however the automated system could be improved. For example, it appeared in automated text that we had 3 urgent repairs but it was only one, the others were routine. Also, pricing was listed for the urgent repair although it was under warranty. I had to call representative to clarify which he did. Thank you!
