Aleric Baumbarger is the best service technician I've encountered. Wherever he works, that's where my car goes for service. Excellent service. And I did use the shuttle service. Chuck was an excellent driver.

david everhart, the service advisor was very kind and professional. he let me know how things were going which is important when you're waiting at the dealership for the service to be completed. it was a pleasant and good experience from start to finish.

the only negative experience is that y'all didn't have a loaner car or courtesy vehicle to take me home.my vehicle had to stay overnight.jesse hernandez is such a delightful guy made the effort to look for a loaner but,none were available and the courtesy vehicle was not available.

lucio luna was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. i cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. maybe one more: he need a pay increase and a promotion. as long as he is there, my car will be serviced at david mcdavid honda of irving- and i live way closer to the frisco location!
