Oil change and tire rotation priced right. However the list of URGENT things to be done to the vehicle following free inspection is misleading because it’s not necessarily based on an inspection, but length of time the dealership assumes it’s been since a service was done. I may have had service done elsewhere recently and dealership wouldn’t know. Makes it confusing (and expensive) for some customers, but an excellent money-making strategy for a business I suppose. Would be nice if recommendations for additional work was based on actual need, not a possible need, especially when words like “urgent” or “fail” are used in the report.

I was requested to bring my car for a recall, but it was only for a check, staff was kind and did their best to make me feel ok, but the purpose of the visit was a waste of time
