i have been going to mcdavid honda on irving for years. my service guy ray is the best. i will not take my car for services if there is not there. for instance he was going to be off thursday so i went on friday. i am a very hard to deal with kinda customer . and ray is very patient and always explains everything thoroughly . he always goes over and above to meet my needs. the reason i rated this place a 4 is because they didn't have the parts i needed to fix my radio system had been in back order for a very long time. and they have no loaners available there in their dealership. other than that it was a good experience.
