the overall experience was really good and the service advisor was really helpful and got the work done as promised. i would rate 5 for experience.but the fixing cost was high , because of which i rated the overall experience as 4

It was a good experience. They serviced my car pretty quickly and I was on my way. Came for a recall (seatbelt) and oil change.
